1. Who we are
These terms govern services provided by Izzi Ventures LLC ("Izzi Ventures", "we"), a Florida Limited Liability Company, Filing No. L26000533533, EIN 98-1983397, with registered address at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, United States.
2. Services
We provide website design and development projects (Starter Website and Business Website packages, and custom projects) and a monthly website maintenance service (Care Plan). The inclusions, price and delivery time of each package are listed on the Services & Pricing page.
3. How to hire us
You request a plan or a custom project through our contact form or by email. We send a written quote with scope, final price in USD and delivery date. The agreement is confirmed when you accept the quote and complete payment.
4. Payment
- All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
- Payments are processed by card through Stripe. We do not store card data.
- Website projects are paid in full, as a one-time payment, before work begins.
- The Care Plan is a subscription billed monthly on the same day as the first payment, and renews automatically until cancelled.
- The price includes design, development, the revision rounds listed and launch. Domains, hosting add-ons and third-party tools are paid by the client to the provider unless stated in the quote.
5. Delivery
Delivery times run in business days from the moment we receive payment and the content (texts, logo, images) needed to start. Delays caused by missing content or feedback extend the delivery date accordingly. Delivery is digital: we publish the site on your domain and send you all access credentials by email.
6. Revisions and approval
Each package includes the number of revision rounds stated. Additional changes are quoted separately. The project is considered delivered when you approve it by email or 7 days after delivery without reported issues.
7. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final website design and content created for you. You are responsible for having the rights to any material you provide to us.
9. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or for failures of third-party providers (hosting, domain registrars, payment processors).
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
